Tom Hardy Releases Rap Album

The *Venom* star Tom Hardy has officially unveiled his debut rap project, performing under the alias Frankie Pulitzer.

Titled “Czarface Meets Frankie Pulitzer,” the record is a collaborative effort with the underground hip-hop collective Czarface. The album is densely layered with cinematic nods; for instance, on one track, Hardy channels his iconic Bane persona from *The Dark Knight Rises* to deliver a dramatic monologue from William Shakespeare’s *Richard III*.

Throughout the album, Hardy weaves in various pop-culture references, ranging from Willem Dafoe’s Green Goblin in *Spider-Man* and Kathy Bates’ haunting performance in *Misery* to Martin Scorsese’s *Bringing Out the Dead* and Al Pacino’s classic *Dog Day Afternoon*.

Fans can catch Hardy next in the second season of *Gangster Land*, which is set to premiere on September 18th.
