“Time to Forge!”: Cosplayer Poses as Gemma from Monster Hunter Wilds
Model Oichi donned the guise of the blacksmith Gemma from Monster Hunter Wilds and journeyed into the Forbidden Lands to forge striking armor and weapons for a monster hunter.
Cosplayer Oichi recently revisited the action-RPG Monster Hunter Wilds, a title where players constantly clash with colossal beasts in the Forbidden Lands, survey diverse biomes, and scavenge and craft an array of equipment.
For the shoot she embodied Gemma — a non-player character who has become a fan favorite in MHW thanks to her distinctive look and endearing demeanor.
In the game, Gemma acts as the resident blacksmith who accompanies the expeditionary team throughout their journey. She’s deeply committed to her craft, considerate of others, and quick to lend a hand to teammates.
