Chrono Odyssey Developers Show Boss Fight as PS5 and Xbox Release Approaches
Chrono Odyssey is in the final stage of development, and a new gameplay video shows an extended boss fight from the Korean MMORPG.
After a long stretch without news about the game, developer Chrono Studio and Kakao Games have shared footage of a battle against Miragin. The studio said the footage was captured in a single continuous take without any cuts or edits.
Chrono Odyssey combines a large-scale online component with combat built around blocking and dodging attacks. The game is being developed in Unreal Engine 5 and is coming to PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. Xbox owners can add it to their wishlist on the Xbox Store.
The MMORPG market has been busy lately, with the recent launches of AION 2, World of Warcraft Forever, and ArcheAge Chronicles. The Chrono Odyssey team appears to be taking its time, with a release expected in the second half of 2027. An exact date has not been announced.
This video shows one continuous attempt to defeat Miragin, recorded in the current version of Chrono Odyssey. No cuts or edits. Just the fight itself. Work on the game continues.
