“The Last Warrior: Kolobok” Tops Russian Box Office
The fantasy blockbuster “The Last Bogatyr: Kolobok” has captured the top spot at the Russian box office, pulling in 243.8 million rubles during its opening weekend, according to data from the Unified Federal Automated Information System (EAIS).
The film features performances by Dmitry Zhuravlev, Gosha Kutsenko, and Mila Ershova, with Garik Kharlamov providing the voice for the titular character. This spin-off of “The Last Bogatyr” franchise explores the origins of the legendary Kolobok, chronicling his escape from home and his fateful encounter with Tikhon the baker (played by Zhuravlev).
Directed by Anton Maslov, known for “The Last Bogatyr: Legacy,” the production was backed by a budget of 1 billion rubles.
