How to Claim Your Reward
- Notification: We are sending an email to the address you used during your submission. This email contains your in-game item code and a link to a form where you can provide your shipping details for the physical prizes. Please monitor your inbox and ensure you provide your information promptly.
- Shipping Information Deadline: June 10, 2026, at 23:59 (PDT).
- Delivery Timeline: Due to the YouTooz Plushie production cycle, shipping is scheduled to begin in July 2026. Please be aware that international transit and local customs processing may add several weeks to the final delivery date.
* Ensure your email filters are configured to accept our messages so the notification does not end up in your spam or junk folder. We are unable to re-issue communications if your provided email address is incorrect or unreachable.
Important Guidelines
- Physical prizes are only available to those who complete the shipping form by the deadline. Late submissions cannot be processed.
- Please double-check your shipping information before submitting; changes are difficult to accommodate once the form is sent.
- Certain regions may face legal or logistical restrictions regarding physical shipments. If this affects your delivery, we will contact you directly via email.
- In-game rewards are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
- Winners are responsible for any applicable local taxes, import duties, or customs fees.
- Rewards returned due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed deliveries may not be eligible for re-shipment.
