Serving as a sprawling narrative prequel to the long-running Yakuza/Like a Dragon franchise, Stranger Than Heaven distinguishes itself with an ambitious structure. The story unfolds across five distinct eras—1915, 1929, 1943, 1951, and 1965—gradually weaving a historical tapestry that leads directly into the formation of the iconic Tojo Clan and the bustling, neon-lit streets of Kamurocho.

Prepare to dive into this multi-generational saga when Stranger Than Heaven launches on January 15, 2027.
