Steam Deck LCD Replacement Battery Price Increases Sharply
Repair shop iFixit has sharply increased the price of replacement batteries for the LCD model of the Steam Deck, raising the cost to €184.95.
The price for the original Steam Deck LCD battery started at $79.99 and previously rose to $129.99 earlier this month. In contrast, the replacement battery for the Steam Deck OLED remains priced at €64.95 and has not been affected by the price hike.

Neither Valve nor iFixit has explained the steep cost adjustment. Replacement batteries sold on the platform come directly from official Steam Deck supply chains.
