Sony Unveils New 240Hz PlayStation Monitor with DualSense Charging
Sony has unveiled a 27-inch PlayStation gaming monitor featuring QHD resolution, HDR support, Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), and a refresh rate of up to 240 Hz.
Designed for PlayStation 5 owners and players on other platforms, the monitor includes a dedicated charging hook that allows users to dock a DualSense controller right beside the screen. The controller is not included with the display.
The monitor is equipped with multiple USB ports to expand the gaming setup, including connectivity for a PlayStation Link adapter. Sony describes the concept behind the device as “Play-Ready Desktop Gaming,” intended to keep a workspace continuously prepared for gameplay.
At launch, the monitor is available exclusively in the United States and through select retailers in Japan.
