Beginning Tuesday, March 3, subscribers can bolster their digital libraries with four diverse titles: the action-heavy Monster Hunter Rise, the professional sports simulation PGA Tour 2K25, the colorful Slime Rancher 2, and the massive The Elder Scrolls Online Collection: Gold Road.
Originally debuting as a 2021 Nintendo Switch exclusive before arriving on PlayStation in 2023, Monster Hunter Rise offers a fast-paced evolution of the classic hunting formula. Players utilize a vast array of specialized weaponry and the innovative “Wirebug” mechanic to track and neutralize formidable beasts. The title also introduces “Rampage,” a tower-defense hybrid mode where hunters must defend Kamura Village from waves of monsters. Highly regarded by critics and fans alike, the PlayStation 5 version currently maintains a stellar 87 Metascore on Metacritic.
For those preferring the fairway to the battlefield, PGA Tour 2K25 brings the prestige of professional golf to the console. Following its launch last February, the game has been praised for its deep MyPLAYER career mode, allowing users to upgrade their golfer through dedicated skill trees and attribute progression. This installment marks a milestone for the series by including three major tournaments—the PGA Championship, U.S. Open, and The Open Championship—challenging players to secure their place in golfing history.
The March selection will remain available to claim through Monday, April 6. Consequently, this is the final call for February’s free games. Subscribers have until March 3 to download Undisputed, Subnautica: Below Zero, Ultros, and Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown before they leave the service.
These monthly titles are accessible to members across all three subscription tiers: Essential, Extra, and Premium. As the foundation of the service, PlayStation Plus Essential grants access to online multiplayer, cloud storage for save data, exclusive Store discounts, and this rotating monthly selection of PS4 and PS5 games.
