Second batch of finalists’ works from the “Golden Demon 2025 – SPIEL Essen” miniature-painting competition published

It’s time to dive into a new gallery of photos showcasing the finalists’ work from the “Golden Demon 2025 – SPIEL Essen” competition. This collection features miniatures from Warhammer Age of Sigmar, the Middle-earth Strategy Battle Game, Blood Bowl, and Warhammer: The Old World.

Last week, Games Workshop published a selection of images that highlighted entries in the “Golden Demon 2025 – SPIEL Essen” miniature-painting contest.

Now the team has released the remaining photographs capturing the finalists’ creations for everyone to enjoy.

In the “Warhammer Age of Sigmar — Single Miniature” category were: Rafael Shemuni, Anthony Smith, Magnus Mägtig, Bastien Salvador, Jonathan De Vos, Jonathan Laporte, Arturo Arellano Nieto, Adam Halon, Joshua Gatti, and Angelo Di Cello.

The “Warhammer Age of Sigmar — Large Miniature or War Machine” category featured: Magnus Mägtig, Jordan Toner, Mark Masklans, and Simon Sikora.

Lucas Pina Peniche, Alexis Bonner, Mateusz Turlej, and Joshua Gatti were finalists in the “Warhammer: The Old World” category.

Middle-earth Strategy Battle Game finalists included: Nicolas Rubens Mortensen, Baptiste Richebé, Enrik Mikkelsen, Nils Björkman, and Bruce Rose.

The “Blood Bowl” and “Duel” categories featured: Nathan Cartwright, Wojciech Gregorchik, David Stillberg, and Joshua Jansma.

The “Youngbloods” category (rising talent) included: Hugo N., Atherly O., Yaron S., and Alex O.
