RPG Songs of Glimmerwick Set for September Release
Eastshade Studios has announced that its musical RPG Songs of Glimmerwick will launch for PC via Steam on September 30, with a console release planned for a later date.
Eastshade Studios, the developer behind Eastshade, revealed the launch date for its upcoming woodland fantasy role-playing game. The story takes place in Glimmerwick, home to a renowned university of magic where the main character is enrolled as a student. In this world, music acts as the source of spellcasting, allowing players to use ancient songs to tend botanical gardens and explore the island.
Throughout the game, players will attend classes, join after-school clubs, make friends, and uncover the mysteries surrounding Glimmerwick. Gameplay features include character customization and progression, island exploration, moth racing, and woodland expeditions.
Every song serves as a spell. Playing music enables players to converse with trees, enchant tools, manipulate the earth, and unlock various other magical abilities.
