Filming for Matt Reeves’s The Batman – Part II is currently underway.

Robert Pattinson has admitted that the action scenes in The Batman – Part II are harder for him than they were during work on the first film. According to the 40-year-old actor, he has begun to feel his age particularly acutely while shooting the sequel.

“I definitely feel my age when I have to do a lot of fighting. I literally think, ‘Damn, this is much harder than before.’ But I’m having a lot of fun. I think the movie is going to turn out great. We have a very fun cast, even though the filming itself is a real marathon.”

Production on The Batman – Part II is currently taking place in the United Kingdom. Pattinson stated that he will remain in London until the end of 2026, though he did not disclose any additional details.

Alongside Robert Pattinson, Jeffrey Wright, Andy Serkis, and Colin Farrell are returning to their roles. In addition, Sebastian Stan, Scarlett Johansson, Charles Dance, Sebastian Koch, and Brian Tyree Henry have joined the cast. The creators are keeping the roles of the new cast members secret for now.

The Batman – Part II will premiere on February 18, 2028.
