Kabam Announces Mobile RPG Featuring 100 Animated Series Characters, Including Batman, Scooby-Doo and Bugs Bunny

WB All-Star Mayhem will let players build squads featuring characters from a wide range of animated series.

Kabam, the studio behind Marvel Contest of Champions, has announced WB All-Star Mayhem, a free-to-play idle RPG for Android and iOS that brings together heroes from different animated universes.

The story begins when the Brain from Pinky and the Brain gets an unusual remote control that can do more than change channels: it can transport its owner into animated series. For the ambitious villain, it’s the perfect chance to finally achieve his dream of world domination. He gathers villains from different universes under his banner, gives them new abilities, and lets them rewrite their own stories. Players must assemble a motley team of heroes and foil his grand plans.

At launch, the game will feature characters from Justice League Unlimited, Adventure Time, Looney Tunes, Teen Titans Go!, Animaniacs, Scooby-Doo, Steven Universe, Samurai Jack, and The Powerpuff Girls. More than 100 heroes are planned, leaving plenty of room for experimentation. After release, Kabam plans to add more characters and worlds to the animated universe.

A trial launch for WB All-Star Mayhem is scheduled for November, but only in select regions. The developers have not yet announced when the game will receive a global release.
