Italian auteur Paolo Sorrentino’s latest drama, Grace, is scheduled to arrive in Russian theaters on April 30, as confirmed by the distribution company A-One Films.
The narrative centers on Italian President Mariano de Santis during the twilight of his administration. Before stepping down from office, De Santis must confront two life-altering dilemmas: deliberating over petitions for executive clemency and navigating a controversial bill regarding euthanasia.
The role of the president is brought to life by Toni Servillo, a longtime collaborator and fixture in Sorrentino’s cinematic world.
The distribution of Grace in Russia will be a joint venture between A-One and Vesta.
