Once Human Gets Cozier: Paranormal Survival Launches Collaboration with Palworld

Developers continue to experiment with the atmosphere of Once Human.

NetEase Games and Pocketpair have teamed up for an Once Human x Palworld crossover. The paranormal survival title now features a new location — “Paradise Island” — where players will discover pals, themed cosmetics, and a variety of activities.

“Paradise Island” melds the aesthetics of both worlds and lets players search for and tame Palworld creatures — Chillet, Kattiva, Chillet Ignis, and a secret pal (Anubis). Any captured companions will remain with players after the event concludes and can be used across all maps and modes.

On the island you can create a mini-resort: dance parties, treasure hunts, a pet PvP tournament, and even a factory that produces resources which can be exchanged for cosmetics, accessories, and the ability to transform into a pal.

In addition, a new scenario called Deviation: Survive, Capture, Preserve has been introduced. It encourages exploring biomes, trapping deviations, and combining them in a laboratory. You can fuse captured creatures with animals or furniture to craft eccentric hybrids — endearing, unsettling, or both at once.
