Offset Performs Onstage in Wheelchair Following Shooting

Offset Returns to the Stage Following Shooting Incident

Offset has made his first public performance since sustaining injuries in a shooting incident in Florida earlier this month.

On Saturday, April 11, the 34-year-old artist made a dramatic appearance at the University of Arkansas’s Rowfest. True to his resilient spirit, he was transported onto the stage in a wheelchair to greet the cheering crowd.

Video footage from the festival shows the rapper performing for an energetic student audience, marking a rapid return to the spotlight just days after the April 6 confrontation outside the Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, Florida.

“REAL LOVE,” Offset simply stated in an Instagram carousel documenting the appearance.

The post featured several clips of his stage entrance and a series of photos where he appeared in high spirits, styled in a red shirt, dark sunglasses, and a distinctive skeleton mask.

The altercation at the casino, which took place in the valet area, resulted in non-life-threatening injuries for Offset. Following the event, Lil Tjay was arrested on a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge and subsequently released after posting a $500 bond. In a controversial interview following his release, Lil Tjay denied involvement in the shooting and labeled Offset a “rat.”

The tension surrounding the incident was palpable at Rowfest, where attendees were seen holding up phones displaying messages openly hostile toward Lil Tjay.

Offset is currently preparing for his next live date, scheduled for May 9 at the Xperience Live Event Center in Orlando.
