Eclipse Glow Games has released a new gameplay showcase for Tides of Annihilation, highlighting the title running entirely with full path tracing and Nvidia DLSS 4.5.

Instead of presenting typical side-by-side comparisons with visual effects toggled off, the studio chose to display the game exclusively with active real-time ray tracing. Accurate light and shadow simulation adds depth and atmosphere to the game’s dark environments.

The footage features a battle against a powerful boss, where magic spells and energy beams cast vibrant reflections across the surroundings. DLSS 4.5 is designed to maintain a smooth and stable frame rate even during intensive combat encounters.

The video also offers a look at late-game content and the Knights system, which lets protagonist Gwendolyn alter her combat style. Among these is the Lancelot style, focusing on fast sword slashes, rapid dashes into enemy clusters, and defensive maneuvers.

Tides of Annihilation is a modern adaptation of Arthurian legends, following a contemporary woman thrust into the center of an interdimensional invasion.
