Nicole Kidman has joined the cast of the horror film The Young People — the next project from director Oz (Osgood) Perkins, who recently made the film Longlegs.
The casting was announced by NEON, the movie’s U.S. distributor. The story follows two schoolmates and friends, Sue and Kitty (played by Nico Parker and Lola Tung), as one girl’s behavior gradually becomes a menace to the other.
Details about Kidman’s role have not been released. The Young People also features Tatiana Maslany, Johnny Knoxville, Heather Graham, among others. The film is expected to be released in 2026.
Kidman’s best-known horror, The Others (pictured), is scheduled for re-release in Russia on February 12, 2026.
