New Fast and Furious Release Now Streaming on Peacock

The Fast & Furious franchise has lasted long enough to cross paths with almost every corner of pop culture. The series started with street racing before expanding into video games, toys, theme park attractions, and crossovers with titles like Fortnite and Rocket League. At this stage, finding a fresh crossover might seem impossible.

That assumption is incorrect.

The latest Fast & Furious project is a crossover with Lego and How to Train Your Dragon. Fast & Furious, Lego, and dragons now share the same narrative.

The animated special is titled Lego Dreamzzz: How to Fast Train Your Furious Dragon, and it is available to stream on Peacock.

How Fast & Furious got mixed up with dragons

The lengthy title accurately reflects an unusual premise that merges elements from Lego Dreamzzz, How to Train Your Dragon, and Fast & Furious into a story featuring dream worlds, dragons, and high-speed cars.

The plot begins when the Lego Dreamzzz characters enter a dimension where the Fast & Furious and How to Train Your Dragon universes collide. Hiccup and Toothless become entangled in the chaos, forcing the Dreamzzz crew to confront the Nightmare King, who has turned the dragons of Berk hostile.

The characters respond by combining the dragons and the cars.

Lego, Universal Products & Experiences, and the respective franchise teams collaborated on the development of the special. The runtime spans roughly 40 minutes, positioning the release as a concise animated adventure rather than a feature-length Fast & Furious film.

The target audience remains unclear, but the project delivers an unusual adventure.
