Microsoft Announces September Xbox Game Pass Lineup Featuring Call of Duty
Microsoft has revealed the first wave of September additions for Xbox Game Pass, including Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, SpeedRunners 2, and RuneScape: Dragonwilds, which will launch on PS Plus Extra and Premium on the same day.
The September Game Pass lineup begins with Shelldiver. On September 3, the catalog will add SpeedRunners 2: King of Speed, where up to eight players can race against each other on tracks.
Dice a Million arrives on September 4, followed by Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War on September 8 for cloud, consoles, and PC. The game includes a Cold War campaign.
September 10 brings the releases of The Royal Writ and Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage. The latter features a World Stage mode, crossplay, and rollback netcode.
On September 15, RuneScape: Dragonwilds arrives on Game Pass, offering cooperative survival on the Ashenfall continent. The game becomes available to PS Plus Extra and Premium subscribers on the same day.

Leaving Game Pass are NBA 2K26 on September 6, and Commandos: Origins, Cricket 24, Cyberpunk 2077, Dead Cells, Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor, Frostpunk 2, Mullet Madjack, Spiritfarer, Superliminal, and Train Sim World 5 on September 15.
