Marvel to Continue Working with PlayStation and Insomniac Games ‘for Many More Years’
The partnership has already produced three Marvel’s Spider-Man titles, and Marvel’s Wolverine is now on the horizon.
Haluk Mentes, General Manager of Marvel Games, told Game Informer in a recent interview how pleased he is with the collaboration with Sony and Insomniac Games, promising that it will continue “for many years to come.”
Authenticity isn’t about faithfully copying comics, animation, or films. We let teams reinterpret characters in a ‘familiar yet original’ manner, grounded in their own creative DNA. We don’t want derivative work — otherwise, why recruit top talent?
Marvel’s Wolverine will launch in fall 2026 exclusively on PS5. It will be Insomniac’s fourth project set in the Marvel universe.
