Speculation that the corporation might scale back its efforts to bring flagship titles to PC has sparked a wave of enthusiasm among dedicated PlayStation fans.
To gauge consumer sentiment, the PlayStation-focused outlet Push Square conducted a poll asking, “Do you agree with Sony’s decision to reduce the frequency of PC ports?” The results were telling:
- Yes, platform exclusivity is still paramount — 72%
- Undecided — 7%
- No, expanding to PC remains a logical move — 21%
