Many people complain about PvP and player toxicity in ARC Raiders
Someone who bought the game apparently skipped its description, which reads: “Play solo or in a squad of up to three and confront the relentless ARC machines and unpredictable survivors. Only you can decide what kind of raider you’ll become. How far are you willing to go to claim victory?”.
Although ARC Raiders’ blurb clearly warns that players will face not only legions of robots but also other humans, some people have still started to voice complaints about PvP in the new extraction shooter. They find it hard to accept the aggressive behavior of certain players who hunt down fellow raiders to seize their loot.
Reddit user garbaggio pointed out that as long as PvP exists, players will prey on one another, and advised those upset to develop defensive tactics. Commenters on the thread also recommended using designated escape hatches to evacuate the map unnoticed.
