Larian felt compelled to quash a rumor linking the mysterious Mojave Desert statue — photos of which The Game Awards host Geoff Keighley shared in late November — to Divinity: Original Sin 3.
Michael Daus, Larian’s Head of Publishing, stated the studio currently has no plans for Divinity 3.
We currently have no plans for Divinity: Original Sin 3; once we’re ready to reveal what we’re working on, we’ll share it.
Commenters noted that Daus explicitly referenced the third Divinity title and didn’t rule out announcements for new games in the franchise or remastered editions of earlier entries.
