It appears one of 2023’s most successful releases — Larian Studios’ Baldur’s Gate 3, which was awarded Game of the Year — could be coming to the Nintendo Switch 2. There’s no official word yet, but fresh information from a source indicates talks may already be in progress.
According to leaker NateTheHate, known for reliable Nintendo scoops, Larian is discussing the possibility of porting Baldur’s Gate 3 to Nintendo’s new hardware. He noted that “more confirmation is required” before he can reveal details, but promised to share further updates soon.
Since its 2023 launch, Baldur’s Gate 3 has become one of the most decorated games in recent memory, taking Game of the Year honors at all five major award ceremonies, including The Game Awards and the BAFTAs.
