Larian Approves Console Release of Baldur’s Gate 3 Mods Adding New Subclasses
Some community-created mods are now accessible on consoles as well.
Baldur’s Gate 3 offers official mod support, and a number of fan-made creations are available on PlayStation and Xbox. Larian Studios recently reviewed several additional mods and approved them for release on consoles.
Among the approved additions are a couple of projects that introduce new classes to Baldur’s Gate 3:
- «Eldritch Domain Cleric Subclass» by Havsglimt: able to use a “Divine Channel” to induce visions and hallucinations in nearby creatures.
- «Red Witch» by SadikaShiha: you share traits with a warlock—drawn to dark arts and tied to enigmatic ancient patrons—yet you are also a sorcerer with innate potential to wield arcane power. Grants access to select wizard, druid, and cleric spells and introduces a unique resource called “Dark Favors” that fuels special actions.
