Journalists Found Nine New Game Modes in Battlefield 6 Files
They are all at different stages of development.
Reporters at Insider Gaming uncovered Battlefield 6 files that reveal details on at least nine new game modes currently in development.
Last month the outlet detailed six modes planned for release. Since then—after the launch of the game’s first season—more entries have appeared in the files. Of the original six, two—Sabotage and Strikepoint—have already been officially confirmed by EA and DICE. The other four—Raid, Payload, Squad Shootout, and Tank Hunt—remain pending.
Five additional modes in the shooter’s files are flagged as “zPrototypes”:
- Convoy (MUT_Convoy)
- Fantastic Four (MUT_FantasticFour)
- Gunmaster (MUT_GunMaster)
- Touchdown (GM_Touchdown_Presentation)
- Tug of War (MUT_TugOfWar)
