Insider Hinted at Major Star Wars Announcement at The Game Awards
With The Game Awards approaching, fans are abuzz with speculation about major reveals. This time the spotlight fell on insider Kurakasis, who hinted at a “big” Star Wars game announcement.
He stated that it isn’t Star Wars: Zero Company or Star Wars Eclipse — both of which are relatively small in scope.
Several likely candidates remain. Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Remake was unveiled in 2021 and is still in development — a reveal at The Game Awards would be significant.
Respawn is reportedly working on a new entry in the Star Wars Jedi series. Although more than two years have passed since Survivor’s release, a teaser confirming the project could appear.
Skydance is also developing a major title under Amy Hennig, the Uncharted director and writer. However, because the studio is occupied with Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra, an imminent announcement seems unlikely.
A major Star Wars reveal at The Game Awards remains possible, especially with the show just a week away.
