Horror Game Time To Wake Up Is Coming to Consoles
The indie horror game Time To Wake Up, which replaces traditional combat with a core blinking mechanic, is scheduled to launch in the third quarter of 2026.
The game places players in an unsettling dream world. Trapped inside a nightmare one night, the protagonist hears a mysterious voice with a keen interest in his eyes. Together, they journey through the protagonist’s memories to find a way out.
Blinking serves as the central gameplay mechanic. By closing and opening their eyes, players can alter room layouts and appearances, switch and reset moving objects, flood areas with water, and rotate portions of the environment.
Developer Eye Blink Twice is focusing on atmosphere, puzzle solving, and perception manipulation. Serafini Productions will publish the console versions.
Time To Wake Up is coming to PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S in the third quarter of 2026. An exact release date has not been announced.
