Stranger Than Heaven Opening Act Trailer Shows Snoop Dogg’s Orpheus Captaining Ship in 1915

Sega and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio have shown the first act of Stranger Than Heaven, which begins in 1915. Protagonist Makoto Daito flees the US for Japan to escape racism and hostility, and Snoop Dogg plays the ship’s captain.

After arriving in Kokura-era Japan, Daito faces rejection even from his own compatriots. The story will explore the conflict between the drive for modernization and traditional views, and the hero will have to confront a harsh reality.

Later, Daito will become a music producer and stage spectacular performances. The game includes a combat system.
