Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era Teaser Reveals Vesper Starting with an Enhanced “Blessing”

The franchise is set to return soon with Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era. The developers are unveiling various in-game content.

The team behind Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era continues to share new material. Recently they released a fresh promotional image.

This time the spotlight falls on Vesper:

Warlocks are often linked to dark magic, yet they can emerge from unexpectedly radiant origins. Before joining the conflict between the Iron Fist brothers, Vesper led a long life filled with adventures. Here is the tale that shaped him into the powerful, long-lived wizard famed across Enroth.

Upon arriving in Jadam, Vesper joined the Temple of the Sun, posing as a mage from the little-known Lightwood Order. He gained renown by granting potent blessings and charms, but the Inquisition grew wary of his motives. As a test, they sent him to the frontlines in Murmurwood—unaware it furthered his own designs. Under constant watch, Vesper waits patiently, pursuing secret goals while maintaining the carefully constructed guise of a humble sorcerer.

Specialization: Blessing. Begins with the Expert-level spell “Blessing.” This variant guarantees the target always deals maximum damage. While this effect is active, effective spell power increases by 1 for every three hero levels.

Unfrozen, Hooded Horse

Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era is slated to enter early access in 2026 — you can add the game to your Steam wishlist here.
