Grand Blue Dreaming Renewed for Fourth Season

The continuation was announced immediately after the release of the final episode of the third season.

The creators of the Grand Blue anime have officially greenlit a fourth season. Alongside the announcement, the first poster for the continuation was released, though a premiere date and other details have not yet been disclosed.

Grand Blue follows Iori Kitahara as he enters university and moves in with relatives in the seaside town of Izu. After meeting the members of the local diving club, the protagonist’s peaceful student life turns into a series of loud parties and wild adventures.

The third season premiered on July 6, 2026, and consisted of 12 episodes. The final episode aired on September 21. The season was produced by studios Zero-G and Saber Works, with Shinji Takamatsu, known for Haven’t You Heard? I’m Sakamoto, serving as director. It has not yet been reported whether the previous team will return to work on the continuation.
