Gotham Police Hunt Batman and Mysterious Blonde in The Batman Part 2 Set Photos

Fans believe that a passenger in the Batmobile is connected to Scarlett Johansson’s character.

New photos and videos from the Glasgow set of The Batman Part II have surfaced online. In the footage, GCPD police surround the Batmobile with multiple vehicles and open fire. Batman breaks out of the trap by ramming a GCPD car, but fans have focused special attention on an unidentified blonde woman in the passenger seat.

Online speculation suggests this is Scarlett Johansson’s character, although the scene likely featured a stunt double for the actress. It remains unknown who Johansson is playing. Discussed possibilities include journalist Vicki Vale, Bruce Wayne’s love interest Silver St. Cloud, Gilda Dent, and Andrea Beaumont, known as the Phantasm. Earlier rumors also pointed to Poison Ivy, though there is no confirmation for that version.

Alongside Scarlett Johansson, the sequel’s cast joins Robert Pattinson, Jeffrey Wright, Andy Serkis, and Colin Farrell, with Sebastian Stan, Charles Dance, Sebastian Koch, and Brian Tyree Henry also joining the production. The creators are currently keeping the roles of the new cast members secret.

The Batman Part II is scheduled to premiere on February 18, 2028.
