Director Luca Guadagnino (The Pretenders) told GQ that principal photography on the biographical drama Artificial has concluded.
Oscar nominee Yura Borisov appears in a supporting role. The film follows Sam Altman (played by Andrew Garfield), the controversial head of OpenAI, the company behind ChatGPT and other artificial intelligence projects.
Also in supporting roles are Monica Barbaro, Cooper Koch, Cooper Hoffman, Mark Rylance, and others. The screenplay was penned by Simon Rich (An American Pickle). No release date has been announced.
