Filming for Black Mirror Season 8 Has Begun
According to a report from Variety, production has officially commenced on the eighth season of the acclaimed dystopian series “Black Mirror.”
Specific plot details and the cast lineup remain under wraps. The upcoming episodes are projected to debut on Netflix in 2027, with series creator Charlie Brooker once again helming the project as showrunner.
Since its inception in 2011, the anthology series has explored the unsettling consequences of our relationship with digital technology. The most recent installment, the seventh season, premiered in April 2025 and garnered favorable reviews from critics.
