Epic Officially Makes Free D&D Game Even Freer This Week

The Epic Games Store is giving away two treats this week: a downloadable content pack for the Dungeons & Dragons idle game Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms and a cozy floating-city builder. Both are available to claim for a limited time.

Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms

Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms is a D&D-inspired strategy game in which your champions battle automatically, even when you are away. The free Morte’s Renown Pack takes its name from the wisecracking floating skull in Planescape: Torment.

Valued by Epic at $100, the pack includes Morte, Nordom, Donaar, Sentry, and Sheila, along with 32 Platinum Chests for each champion, two week-long potions, and an exclusive Kapak Draconian familiar. Morte attacks enemies with a bite, while his ultimate ability calls on skeletal allies to join the feast.

Flotsam

In Flotsam, you build a floating settlement from materials salvaged at sea. Turn driftwood and discarded plastic into workshops, gardens, and homes, then develop new technologies to help your community thrive.

As you travel across the water, you can explore ruins and rescue survivors. The game has earned a Very Positive rating from more than 2,000 player reviews on Steam.

To claim either offer, sign in to the Epic Games Store before Thursday, Nov. 12, at 11 a.m. EST.
