EA Sports FC 27 Platinum Trophy Reportedly Requires Paid Purchases

No one is forcing you to do it, of course, but the fact remains.

EA Sports FC 27 will launch in early access on September 18, followed by its full release a week later. Meanwhile, the complete list of achievements and trophies has surfaced online ahead of launch, and one specific task has drawn considerable public attention.

The achievement in question is called “All Aboard the Premium Track”. To unlock it, players must fully complete and unlock every tier of the Premium Pass, which is the paid battle pass featured in EA FC 27.

The standard edition of the game does not include any Premium Passes. Buyers of the Ultimate Edition will receive the first pass for free, while owners of the Ultimate Plus Edition are promised the first five Premium Passes right away.

If a player purchases an edition without a complimentary pass or simply fails to complete it within the allotted time, they will have to buy a new Premium Pass separately using real money or a substantial amount of Ultimate Team in-game currency.
