Dragon Ball Super: Beerus debuts in Japan on Oct. 11. Episodes air on Fuji TV and 30 minutes later on Prime Video Japan. International streaming plans remain unclear. Dragon Ball Super: Beerus will be available on Netflix but only in some regions

Dragon Ball Super: Beerus presents a modern retelling of the first three arcs of the Dragon Ball Super anime and the first two movies of the franchise. The series serves as a direct sequel to Dragon Ball Z. It takes place four years after the defeat of Majin Buu, during the 10-year time skip shown in the final episode of the original series. Goku and his friends face new threats, beginning with Beerus, the God of Destruction, which brings additional training and power-ups.

According to recent leaks, Dragon Ball Super: Beerus runs for 19 episodes. Leaks also indicate Crunchyroll will stream the show, though official confirmation is still missing. An early international premiere takes place at New York Comic Con 2026 on Oct. 8, where organizers expect to reveal more information. Fans with a Netflix subscription should check the app to see if the anime is available in their region. The series is expected to launch in the United States.

It remains unconfirmed whether Netflix will stream new episodes of Dragon Ball Super: Beerus shortly after their Japanese broadcast, similar to Crunchyroll’s typical schedule, or if releases will face a delay. The lack of concrete international streaming details leaves fans waiting for further updates.
