Cosplayer portrays Mistress of the Night from Heroes of Might and Magic V: Tribes of the East
Cosplayer Gingeran partnered with photographer Elena Vesania to bring the Night Mistress from the 2006 turn-based strategy game Heroes of Might and Magic V to life.
Gingeran portrayed the Dungeon faction unit introduced in the Tribes of the East expansion, where the Night Mistress serves as the alternate upgrade to the Shadow Witch.

According to the game lore, Dark Elves are captivated by the beauty of the Night Mistresses, yet few dare to pursue them. Such relationships carry fatal risks because these priestesses wield deadly flame whips that serve purposes beyond the battlefield.

During combat, the unit can turn invisible to enemies for three turns once per battle. Melee attacks by the creature also have a chance to trigger spells such as Slow, Weakness, or Berserk.

Despite offering stat advantages over the Shadow Matriarch, the Night Mistress has one major drawback: she lacks the ability to make ranged attacks.
