Bloodstained: The Scarlet Engagement Delayed to 2027
Publisher 505 Games and developer ArtPlay have delayed Bloodstained: The Scarlet Engagement, pushing the sequel to Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night into 2027.
The game was originally scheduled to launch before the end of this year. The companies have not yet announced a specific release date within 2027.
Project producer Koji Igarashi announced the delay, stating that development has entered its final stage but the team requires additional time to finish the project.
The developers also released several new screenshots and pledged to showcase gameplay footage in the near future.
Bloodstained: The Scarlet Engagement is planned for release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
