Awaiting the New Year: Cosplayer Brings a Festive Triss from The Witcher Universe to Life
With the New Year fast approaching, model Darya “floradaria” Flora has transformed into Triss Merigold — a sorceress from The Witcher universe who wouldn’t mind celebrating the holiday in the company of friends.
Cosplayer Darya “floradaria” Flora opted to kick off Christmas and New Year celebrations early, aiming to lift the spirits of The Witcher fans who still won’t be able to play the open-world action RPG The Witcher 4 anytime soon.
The model posted a series of photos portraying a festive Triss, waving sparklers and sipping a warm drink amid a grouping of Christmas trees.
Triss Merigold is a gifted sorceress from Maribor, counted among the youngest and most powerful mages of the North. She’s known for her striking appearance — fiery red hair and green eyes.
This character is defined by her compassion, loyalty, and eagerness to help others, frequently showing empathy and kindness. Triss can also be quick-tempered, finds it hard to rein in her emotions, and is not adept at lying, all while retaining a gentle, youthful sense of humor.
