It has been exactly one year since Persona 4 Revival was first teased during an Xbox showcase, finally confirming the long-standing rumors surrounding the project. Following the fresh gameplay reveal and official release date announcement at this year’s Xbox Games Showcase, many questions regarding the scope and depth of this remake remain. Fortunately, Atlus has confirmed an upcoming Persona 4 Revival broadcast scheduled for next week to shed more light on the title. The stream is set to air on June 18 at 4 p.m. PT / 7 p.m. ET, and you can tune in directly via the official Atlus YouTube channel.
As a ground-up reimagining of the 2008 PlayStation 2 classic, Persona 4 Revival aims to modernize the experience, following the blueprint set by 2023’s Persona 3 Reload. Players can expect overhauled visuals and refined combat mechanics that mirror the stylistic flair of the modern series entries. While we anticipate significant quality-of-life updates, the extent of the changes remains to be seen. Intriguingly, fans have already identified subtle clues—such as an interaction with Marie—suggesting that the game may incorporate narrative elements from the expanded Persona 4 Golden release.
We look forward to uncovering more during the broadcast on Thursday, June 18. Persona 4 Revival is slated for launch on February 18, 2027, across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
