Assassin’s Creed Mirage Gets Free Story DLC “Valley of Memory”
The developers returned to the franchise’s earlier installment and prepared new content.
In November, Ubisoft released the free Valley of Memory expansion for Assassin’s Creed Mirage along with various improvements.
DLC premise: Basim receives rumors that his long-lost father may still be alive. The protagonist decides to set off for the new Al-‘Ula region.
In addition to the main story content, Valley of Memory introduces extra activities. There will be familiar systems for players, such as world contracts, alongside fresh missions — for example, in one task Basim must steal maps from raiders and recover their loot.
The Assassin’s Creed Mirage team refined the parkour system: a “free jump” option has been added — players can perform jumps manually during gameplay (it can be enabled in settings).
The hero can perform backward and sideways jumps even when there is no safe landing or handhold available. The developers also noted a “safe” mode option for players who want the character to “always land intact and unharmed.”
