Arc Raiders Developers to Account for Time Zones in Map Condition Schedules
Embark Studios has revised how time-limited map events rotate in Arc Raiders after reviewing player feedback.
Arc Raiders features several maps that trigger alternate versions with special conditions throughout the day. These modifiers include the arrival of Appraisers carrying valuable loot, thunderstorms, heavy winds, or birds stashing loot inside rooftop pipes.
These mini-events run for a limited duration and typically appear multiple times per day. Due to time zone differences, however, some Arc Raiders players struggled to participate. Certain map conditions would activate late at night when players were asleep, or early in the morning before work.

Embark Studios has addressed the issue by introducing regional scheduling for map conditions:
We have been working to make sure the map condition schedule better matches your play schedules. Because of this, we are introducing regional scheduling for map conditions. Starting with version 1.42.0, the map condition schedule will shift based on regions instead of using a single global schedule. This means the schedule will adjust to peak hours in specific regions. As a result, you will be less likely to miss a map condition regardless of where you are.
Embark Studios plans to monitor community feedback to refine the new system. The schedule posted on the game’s official website has not yet been updated.
The update also resolves various technical issues across Arc Raiders, with full details outlined in the August patch notes.
