All of Chainsaw Man Season 1 Now Streaming Free on YouTube

Crunchyroll is streaming the complete first season of Chainsaw Man for free on its YouTube channel as a limited-time catch-up event ahead of Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc, which opens in North America on Oct. 24. The five-hour marathon presents the entire series in one sitting; the stream will only be available for a short window, so tune in if you want a fast refresher before the film.

Created by Tatsuki Fujimoto, Chainsaw Man follows Denji, a desperate Devil Hunter crushed by debt who is betrayed and murdered by the yakuza. Resurrected through a fusion with his loyal devil-dog Pochita, he becomes the violent, unpredictable hybrid known as Chainsaw Man. Thrust into a merciless clash between devils and hunters, Denji meets Reze — a seemingly gentle barista who conceals a perilous secret — setting the stage for a deadly, emotionally fraught confrontation. The movie continues directly from season one, charting Denji’s deepening connection to Reze as he wrestles with his feelings for her and the manipulative pull of his superior, Makima.

At the helm of the film is Tatsuya Yoshihara, who previously directed episodes of the anime. Hiroshi Seko returns as screenwriter, with Kazutaka Sugiyama credited as character designer under MAPPA’s production. Supporting character design work is handled by Souta Yamazaki and Shun, Sota Shigetsugu oversees action animation direction, and Shoichi serves as lead animator. Devil concepts are by Riki Matsuura, with additional designs contributed by Kiyotaka Oshiyama, director of Look Back.
