Action RPG “Where Winds Meet” Launches on Smartphones on December 12
Pre-registration for the mobile edition of Where Winds Meet is now available on Google Play and the App Store.
According to reports, the mobile edition of Where Winds Meet — an action role‑playing game infused with wuxia elements — is scheduled to launch on December 12. The German portal Mein‑MMO was the first to publish the news, and users who contacted the game’s support about the release date later corroborated the information.
Where Winds Meet transports players to China during the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period. Players take on the role of a young swordsman who journeys across the realm to uncover the mystery of his origins.
The developers promise more than a thousand unique points of interest, over twenty distinct regions, era‑specific activities, martial arts combat, a comprehensive weapons system, guilds, multiplayer dungeons, and a full narrative campaign exceeding 150 hours. As is common with live‑service games, only a portion of the content will be available at launch; additional material will be introduced in future updates.
On PC and PlayStation 5, Where Winds Meet has already drawn a sizable audience. In the first 24 hours the player count surpassed two million, the peak concurrent players on Steam reached 193,000, and the game maintains a 77% positive review score. The title entered the platform’s top ten most‑played games and ranked seventh among bestsellers.
