Yungblud Breaks Leg in Motorcycle Accident, Vows to Keep Performing
Yungblud Pushes Ahead With Tour Despite Sustaining Broken Leg in Motorcycle Mishap

A fractured leg might slow down an ordinary performer, but for British alt-rock powerhouse Yungblud, a recent motorcycle mishap is proving to be little more than a minor obstacle on his global tour route.
The genre-blending musician broke the news to fans on Sunday via Instagram, sharing snapshots of his cast-bound limb with characteristic irreverence. Accompanying the update with Elton John’s defiant classic “I’m Still Standing,” the singer kept his status report delightfully blunt: “Leg f–ked. Still giggin. Still standin (sort of).”
He quickly quelled any concerns regarding his immediate concert commitments, confirming that his upcoming European stops will proceed as scheduled. “Portugal and Belgium I’m comin and it’s gonna be f–king mad. See you next week, Let’s ride,” he wrote.
A representative verified that the 29-year-old artist sustained the injury following a minor spill while attending the renowned Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in South Dakota, an annual pilgrimage for motorcycling enthusiasts.
Refusing to hit the brakes, Yungblud is slated to bring his famously chaotic stage presence to Belgium’s Pukkelpop Festival and Portugal’s Vilar de Mouros Festival in the coming days. The dates are part of his extensive promotional run backing his studio effort Idols and his joint project with Aerosmith, One More Time, which climbed to the upper tier of the Billboard 200 chart.
While it remains to be seen how the injury will adapt to his frenetic performance style, one thing is unmistakable: fans expecting a subdued show will likely be surprised, as Yungblud intends to bring his relentless voltage to the stage—cast and all.
