It’s time to level up your gaming experience—Olivia Rodrigo has officially entered the Fortnite universe. As of Thursday, June 25, the pop phenomenon has been transformed into a digital avatar, offering fans a unique collection of skins, custom gear, and signature emotes.
As the latest addition to Fortnite‘s prestigious Icon Series, Rodrigo debuts with two distinct looks: a whimsical pink “Lover Girl” dress, inspired by the aesthetic of her latest album, you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love, and a gritty, Y2K-inspired blue cheerleader uniform that channels the iconic energy of her “Good 4 U” music video.
The collection extends beyond mere fashion. Players can accessorize with a sticker-adorned electric guitar, a stylized, bedazzled gasoline canister, a custom “OR” microphone stand, and ethereal butterfly wings. Reflecting on the collaboration, Rodrigo shared, “I’ve always admired how Fortnite fosters connection in such a unique way. Bringing my music into this vibrant world and seeing players embrace the aesthetics of my albums is incredibly exciting.”
The update also introduces two high-energy emotes: “Good 4 U,” featuring cinematic mirror-shattering and flame pyrotechnics, and “Maggots for Brains,” complete with floating hearts and whimsical fairy dust effects. Furthermore, players can now rock out to her Billboard Hot 100 chart-topper “Drop Dead,” the Sour classic “Deja Vu,” and “Maggots” as playable Jam Tracks. Keep an eye out for her, as she also appears as a non-playable character (NPC) wandering Battle Royale Island.
This digital milestone follows the massive commercial success of you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love, which recently debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. With over 485,000 units moved in its opening week, the album marks a career-high debut for the Grammy-winning singer-songwriter.
Rodrigo joins a storied lineup of musical icons who have previously graced the Fortnite stage, including Lady Gaga, Eminem, The Weeknd, and Ariana Grande.
