BTS Member Jimin Posts on TikTok

BTS star Jimin posted his very first video on his personal TikTok account on Monday (Sept. 28).

In the inaugural TikTok, Jimin stands on a hill next to a beach while cars drive on a road below. Singing along to his single “Be Mine,” he displays dance skills including popping, locking, and body-rolling as the sun rises behind him.

Instead of a commemorative caption, Jimin used the hashtags “#thisisjimin #jimin#be_mine.”

Fans shared reactions in the comments, with one writing that he ate up the video and another exclaiming that he posted.

Users shared similar reactions on X, with another gushing about waking up to the post.

The post arrives about a month after fans first noticed that Jimin had created a solo TikTok account separate from the BTS profile, which holds more than 80 million followers at press time. He is the fourth of seven band members to launch an individual page, joining V, j-hope, and Jung Kook. SUGA, RM, and Jin do not have personal profiles.

The track “Be Mine” is more than two years old and appears on his 2024 solo album MUSE, which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200. Jimin is currently on tour with his BTS bandmates supporting the group’s album Arirang, which topped the U.S. albums chart.
