Witches of Brackenreach: A Mystical Gathering

Echoing, bells and engine grumble,
Across the fen and tangled glen we rumble.
Mist slides low and lanterns sway,
Enchantment wakes as dusk devours day.

Through the marsh where will-o’-wisps play,
Haul your cargo on a spectral way.
Past the knotted roots and leaning trees,
Along the course of autumn’s keening breeze.

Brackenhelm gleams beneath the moon’s pale face,
Winding lanes that pull you into place.
Cauldrons bubble, herbs ignite the air,
Witches sing, their laughter threads the square.

Driver brave, cross through our land,
Bring pumpkin treats with steady hand.
From docks to keeps, from vale to shore,
Complete six runs, or maybe more.”

Autumn leaves and shadows spin and dance,
Air thick with promise and a ghostly chance.
Yet fear not hollow groans of stone—
The witches keep these halls their own.

So light your lamps, take hold the wheel,
For Halloween tonight feels vividly real.
Step through portals, let the journey flow,
To Brackenreach, where olden legends grow.

When you return, heed the town’s call,
To share the spooky parcels with one and all.
Not only Brackenhelm alone,
But cities, hamlets and hearts unknown.

Hauloween hangs heavy in the cooling air,
There’s little time to shirk or spare.
Do not hide from all the treats we bring—
They must be hauled, delivered, then tucked in.
NO, these goodies won’t be left to rot—
Then park, collect, and mark the lot!”

This year the community aims to reach a combined target of 1,500,000 deliveries. It’s an ambitious milestone, but our #BestCommunityEver always comes through. Expect fresh content, pleasing surprises, and plenty of seasonal charm.

Beyond the familiar map lies Brackenreach, a bewitched valley watched over by three elemental witches. Portal gates have begun to shimmer across your homelands—follow them into fog-draped swamps, through whispering woodlands, and onward to the venerable Castle Brackenhelm. Your mission: deliver essential Halloween supplies to aid the witches and village folk. Bravery (and steady steering) will be rewarded.

Your personal objective: complete 15 Halloween deliveries across any territory, including at least 3 deliveries to and 3 from Castle Brackenhelm. See the rules below for full details.

We also invite you to spread Halloween cheer across the homeland by transporting festive cargo between regular cities and Brackenreach. Occasionally you’ll carry enchanted shipments returning from Brackenreach—perhaps the witches’ own way of thanking you.

Leaving Brackenreach while carrying cargo delivers you directly to the cargo’s destination; exiting without freight will assign you a random job in the homeland.

Note: To qualify for community rewards you must complete at least your personal goal in Euro Truck Simulator 2, American Truck Simulator, or both. All rewards are provided as Steam inventory items for the respective games. Once eligible, claim your rewards on the Events page of your World of Trucks profile.

The event will conclude on Sunday, the 16th of November at 23:59 UTC.

This is our largest Halloween celebration to date. We can’t wait to follow your daring runs into Brackenreach and hear about any encounters with the three guardian witches.
